Visa Gift Card Giveaway Rules
How To Enter:
No purchase is necessary to enter. Anyone can enter by filling out the retail survey and or the service survey located at the following web site address and providing your Name and e-mail address in the comments section (Question 10) of the survey. Timing of your entry is based upon when you filled out the survey irrespective of the time you made your purchase.

Eligibility:
Anyone 18 years of age or older can enter the monthly drawing. Employees of Lake Norman Pool & Spa and their immediate family members are not eligible. The drawing is open to any US resident 18 years or older. Void where prohibited by law.
Prize Drawings:
Prize Drawings for all surveys will occur for all eligible entrants in the month following when they took the survey (for example April entrants prize drawing will occur in May). The value of the prize drawn is subject to change at any time (current prize is set at a $50 Visa Gift Card). The final monthly Retail Prize Drawing will take place 30 days after the survey is removed from sales tickets, or by July 31st, 2018, which ever comes sooner. The final Service Prize drawing will take place one month after the last request is sent to a customer, or by August 31st, 2018, whichever comes sooner.
Selection and Notification of Winner:
At the beginning of each month, every eligible entry from the previous month will be included in the monthly drawing. One winner, and three back up winners will be drawn from the from the prior month’s eligible entries. Back up winners will be labeled in order (1,2, & 3). The winner will be notified by e-mail. The winner will be given 72 hours to respond to the e-mail and accept their prize. If the winner has not responded after 72 hours, they will be notified that they did not respond in time and the prize will be awarded to the first available back up winner in order.
Prize Redemption:
Winners must redeem their prize in person at the Lake Norman Retail Store of their choice (Cornelius, Denver, or Statesville during normal business hours).
Winner is responsible for any and all costs associated with using the prize, including but not limited to maintenance. Prize is nontransferable, is not good for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise.
General: By participating in this drawing, participants agree to be bound by the official rules as posted on Lake Norman Pool & Spa’s web site. Lake Norman Pool & Spa, LLC, its agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from the use of the prize or participation in the giveaway. Lake Norman Pool and Spa, LLC may use the winner’s name and likeness for advertising, fundraising, promotional, or publicity purposes without further compensation. Expenses as a result of winning the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Restrictions: By participating in this giveaway a participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the giveaway sponsor.
